BANANA P EEL

 BANANA P EEL
To start off the week, I figured on putting a smile on your faces.
There`s a few more edibles on the backside of the post image.
On Planet Earth, a Bangaii Cardinal cruises the reef face, & I put a few surprises in the header.
Have a nice fresh start this week, please.

Way more freaky than funny, if you ask me but still a really interesting photo (the cross-section one is even niftier).

But I was most taken by the startling color of the blue PEEK-A-BOO-er.

Hi KH!

That flower-sea mix is great. It seems to me that we rarely have the opportunity to see both elements together. I wish I was there. Was this taken near your new place?

Eellroy looks very chic this morning! I was wondering what Andif was referring to until I saw Eellroy in slices (ouch!). For some reason, this photo wasn't coming through earlier.

Thanks for your notes, by the way. I missed them in the past few days.

Awful with peanut butter, though.

G'morning, Creativehead.

KH!!

I don't know how I missed it but I just noticed your “Banana P eel” title. Wowww! I've always wanted to tell you that I'm often impressed by your captions and titles. In my mind, creating these is an art in itself. One case in point is a photo you posted a while back called “Samourai”. It was the photo of some type of crab and somehow, it really was reminiscent of a Samourai dressed in full regalia! Maybe you're putting ideas in our (my) eyes?...

Andif,
The "PEEK A BOO er, is none other than Pippi Longstocking. A blue legged Hermit crab.
And yes, the blue is amazing.

Hey Evangeline.
Flowers at the seashore. Always nice. This is a few mins. away from home but I do have many of these same Aloes at my house. The hummingbirds love them. They have to hover with their heads upwards to get the nectar.
I actually miss putting notes in also. I`ve been pretty busy over at the shop & then when I get home, I still have plenty to do here, regarding the recent move.

Hello Ms. Nancy p,
I haven`t ever tried Elvis` dish but I can imagine I wouldn`t like it with that fishy taste.
Creativehead is maybe the opposite of a knucklehead.
I`ll have to post why someday.

Evangeline,
Usually a title flashes in my head when I take the shot.
I`ll see if I can post it. You said I had already posted it?

dada, Coming up.
And pass on the grits, right?

I'd like to hear that story, yes.

Elvis! That's who ate p.b. and b. Until you said it, I couldn't remember who it was.

Knucklehead said...

Ask me anything.
Hah, Nancy p, I thought that`s who you were alluding to.
I`ll put something together on; why Knucklehead.

It seems to me you posted it during the summer sometime. I checked your albums on this blog but I didn't find it. Maybe you had sent it to me directly?
