MALIBU SKY

DSCN8167
My Marine Betta, (common name) Comet lights up my reef with it`s Milky Way fly-by`s.
This fish which I`ve had for, maybe, 8 years, is getting more & more familiar with me.
On Planet Earth, the curling tentacles of a Purple Anemone.
Have a great day & smile at a stranger, Please.

I'm just amazed by the fish's eye. I looked at the largest size and I wanted to see it even bigger yet.

And the purple taffy picture was sheer gorgeousness.

It seems that hidden eyes are on us the last few days. :)

Happy Independance Day weekend to you all!

AndiF,
It`s strange that you mention that.
You saw it`s large size at 72 res.
I was checking it at 300 on a full screen, & still, I also wanted to see it larger, as if IMAX, might have worked.
I even turned off all the lights & was standing back looking at it.
I even cleaned my glasses.
I don`t know why I was studying it that way or why, but it is strange that it seems you had the same reaction.
As for Purple Taffy, I should have posted some more shots of that series of twisting curling tentacle.
And thank you.

Maybe that EYE hypnotized us both and put that thought there. :)

AndiF,
There is that, but if you saw that eye in action, you`d be mesmerized.
The eye rotates with it`s radial dots, independent of all the dots surrounding it.
IOW`s, if the Betta is looking at you, but lets it`s body move from horizontal to vertical, all the dots move, except those around the eye, & vice versa if the body stays still but the eye looks elsewhere.
