WISHED COLORS

DSCN5920
I received a few color requests regarding yesterday`s post. One was off the blog record, but I swear it`s legit.
My newly married niece (in law?) who just spent a year in Japan with my nephew asked me for something red.
She gets her wish & many more with this, Red Rose Next To A Fence.
C`est pour toi, Valerie.
Nacy P, also hoped for something blue (Hopefully I don`t get the something borrowed, something new spiel...)
I tried my best Nancy P, & also included a temple that I made a point of stopping at, to try & get some pix.
I`ll do better next time hopefully. I couldn`t get as close as I wanted to, without the risk of being a trespasser.
The blue flower does have a nice little center that reminds me of a bottle of wine & some cheese & crackers.
Look closely.
You can always request colors. It`s a motivator for me to keep my eye open for that hidden splash, on my daily outings.
Be one with the snow, it will make you warmer.

Nice color. Nice flower. And very nice to share enjoying your warm weather. Now if only I had adjusted better to this time zone.

Good morning ... a bit too soon.

Andif,
I`ll take that as confirmation that you are here in sunny California..
Glad you made it to this warm clime, & enjoy your stay.

Thank you for the Pagoda and Petals! Where's that temple?

I found Purple Peeples, too. Oh, yum. THAT was satisfying. I seem to have a purple passion.

Oh! Thank you very much! So nice of you! Merci beaucoup!

By the way, we have another snowstorm outside. A great winter this year with a lot of snow!

Nancy P,
You are very welcome.
The temple is a few miles from my house. It seemed empty at the time I was there, but I`ll try & see if I can get in on the weekend maybe.
There`s another place I`ll go shoot that is a universal place of enlightenment. (I think it`s called something like that).
There are many different temples in it & a huge lake. It`s not very far from my house either.

Valerie,
C`est rien.
I love le vieux Quebec or lower town.

Lovely contrast between delicate petals and sharp thorns ... :)

Hi Head. Off to explore ...

Olivia,
There`s not much there, there, today.

I loved the one w/ the blue flowers against the sky. :)

Olivia,
Thanks, the flower wasn`t opened yet, & some of the others were not well lit. Blue on blue it was, then.

lol. That the temple is near you. I expected, oh, Bangkok.

Nancy P,
That`s funny.
No, it`s on one of the three roads one has to take to get over the coastal mnt. range, to the valley.
It`s about six/seven miles from the house, but merely feet from the road, as you drive by.
