This is an image from one of my Hibiscus trees.
I have deep red ones, these pink ones & a purple & white variety, plus an occasional bloom on a yellow blooming tree.
In the header a few flowers & plants from my yard facing the ocean.
A surprise though is on Planet Earth, a trapped Sunflower.
It is inside the netted entry to the tent I have in the yard for surprise visitors who like the outdoors.
I hope you enjoy your day tomorrow, & the offerings here tonight.
I`ll have to start writing my smart-alec posts again soon. I have to stay in top form.

You're always in top form -- that never changes, it's just that the form is always in flux.

Both of these were fine sets. I loved the flecks of gold in Sunflower, the screening effect in DSCN7228 and everything about 3 DSCN7231.

Thanks AndiF,
I wonder why my response to your comment on yesterday`s post didn`t register.
I just saw some red poppies that opened in the yard.
Maybe I`ll get to shoot them today.
Who knows.

Hi Head ... I've missed your photos. You and Andi are my daily beauty and inspiration stops.

This is gorgeous. I love the veining on the petals, and the crinkliness of them too ... :)

Heeeelllllooooe Olivia,
Don`t those petals remind you of the crinolines you used to wear when playing dress-up with your great aunt`s clothes.
