BAG O MARBLES

DSCN4374
This Green Striped Mandarin, is really big on colors, inversely proportionate to it`s size. This one is very healthy, about 2 inches long, & has been eating very very well.
There are a few more shots behind this one if you click on it`s eye. The same is true on Planet Earth. There is also a few mixed images beyond the header that might mix up your mind tracking.
Please all ha.. No I do have to say it this way for a special friend of mine. Since it`s ladies night, this littls bundle of color is dedicated to a very special friend of mine, Darbe Nokes.
So I have to say "Y`all have a really nice day."
That`s how Darbe says it. Darbe, friends don`t get better than you.

"Bag O Marbles", ha ha, that about covers it colorwise on that guy. I remain dumbfounded at the color schemes in the reef world.

Slide shows are fantastic as usual. I'm even getting to the point where I remember the names of some of these critters!

Another wonderful set of photos KH. Thanks a zillion or two.

(hmmm, AndiF must be sleepin' in today????"

Hi NDD. Not sleeping, just slow on my cruising. Besides, it's good to let someone else be first every now and again.

And that is a spectacular fish.

Morning Head, ND, Andi ... :)

I agree w/ ND -- the array of colours in the reef is amazing.

Is this the little guy who comes up to the glass and blows kisses at you?

Thanks, NDD,
I`m equally struck by their diversity of color. This one seems to have been run over by a paint truck.
Let her sleep, she deserves the rest.

Good morning Andif,
I`ll let the fish know you said that.

Olivia,
Crayola has nothing on this fish, even in the big box, with the cheesey "flesh" color.

Nancy p,
Yes, but I prefer to think of her as female.
But for you, enjoy him.

( ; {} )

That's supposed to be a fish puckering up. Gender undetermined.

Nancy p,
That felt good.
I`ll show you some "puckering up".
I have a few in a special folder.
I`ll post them asap, once I find them.

That would be lovely, knuck! I'll check back.

I haven`t found a folder of "Pucker fish" I was looking for, but this one is from that folder.
PUCKER BIG

Nancy P said...

lol, kh! Pucker big, indeed.
When I was a kid, I had a dress looked like that, white polka dots on black. My mother picked it out, of course. Looks better on him! And he doesn't have to wear white ankle socks.

That's one of the best fish ever. May I use him/her in my colorvision lecture? (I'm thinking of what the afterimage would look like when the students have starred at the fish in a dark room for a solid minute without blinking.)

About the other photos, along with the piercing yellow eye: You should save the one for EA Poe's birthday - it is a "Nevermore" shot, for certain.

Kidspeak,
The only thing I won`t allow you to do is eat it. You`re welcome to use it for what you say. I wonder also.
Maybe you could tell us the results.
Rap, rap, rapping, at my chamber door.
