 BENEATH THE POLAR ICE DSCN1426
A daytime visit inside the cactus blooms.
There`s more beyond, and at Planet Earth, the nightly bug visitors.

Hi Head.

I don't know what happening, but none of you pictures are showing up for me. Even when I click on them, they still don't show, and this has been happening since this morning.

Is anyone else having this problem?

FM,
I`m going to have to defer to an outsider to verify that there is a problem on my end.
Everything works for me, but I`m not the best judge.
If someone else can/cannot access the images, I`d be quite grateful to know, & get it fixed, or help you fix your lack of access.
Thanks for the "Heads" up.

I can see 'em (obviously) ...

FM, try clearing your cache and reloading the page. Sometimes I have to do that to get images to load.

Hi Head and Olivia.

I just did a restart and I see everything now. Wonderful daylight picture Head. It looks so other worldly in there.

Thanks for the help Olivia.

Olivia,
You don`t have to shrink that much, unless you`re a violet, but they are about 6/8" across.
Speaking of...
After the shark/seal scare, I was watching seals under the arctic ice, which inspired the image title.

Too cold dada,..."or get a Mac" hah!
Sorry for laughing, FM.
The "alien" visitor is a Wolf Spider eating another bug.
Thanks all for clearing up FM`s problem. At least it`s been narrowed down to him so far.

FM,
Glad you just got a Mac.
Oh, you restarted, well that`s almost as good.
All`s well that ends well.
Exploring the insides of what`s so nice from the outside.
Glad you like the trip.

Olivia,
Hopefully you`ll be doing the same thing soon, but maybe not with such glee as some people seem to have.

That's an interesting perspective on that subject. And I like it...

but 'tain't fair sittin' there in Malibu and reminding me of what's a comin' down the trail here in a couple of months.

But so far so good, supposed to be back up to 90F over the weekend.

NDD,
I spent many moons in the Great White North.
I feel like I`ve paid my snow fee to be here, but as long as I have a large expanse, be it ocean, forest plain or desert, I can dig it.
Then again I do like the warmth.
But things can change from one minute to the next.

yep, I hear ya on the "large expanse" I do like a view that stretches the limits of the eye

NDD,
I had filled out a form for some stupid insurance thing years ago.
They took offense at some of my answers. One was how much I could lift, & another one was how far I could see. I answered 4 tons on the first & 46 trillion miles for the second.
I told them if there was a big 4 ton stack of wood they wanted me to move, I`d have it done by the next day, & that in the intervening night, I`d enjoy the stars, some of which proved I could see that far. They argued that that was not what they meant. I told them to write their forms the way they wanted them to mean, so other slobs could understand them, or get out of the way, because I had 4 tons of wood to move.
I got the stupid job, which was not my intention.

NDD & OLIVIA,
It`s easy to laugh about people, who`s only "expanse" is between their ears.

Yep, you think big thoughts ... ;)

Olivia,
