HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDIE

ANDIE`S BIRTHDAY flat
Today is my sister Andie`s birthday.
She`s still just a young girl, but 2 years older than me. Hey Andie, surprise. I brought you a bunch of flowers you can see beyond this orchid. This is the very last Orchid I shot today, & I will not be shooting in that location anymore.
Due to security concerns, I was told I could not take any photographs in the bank. I will be testing their security though, by shooting from the public sidewalk into the bank, & try & get the orchid I couldn`t shoot today. Most of the orchids in your bouquet, are grown by an old friend of mine who has an orchid farm. He travels extensively & gives lectures internationally on his breeding methods. His orchids are on display in the bank & are changed as new species come into bloom.
I also have a few monsters that are awaiting you on Planet Earth. I know by now you must have received some special company if you are reading these words.
To anybody who visits here, you would not be out of place, giving my sister a big shout out for her birthday.
Andif, I hope I didn`t freak you out.
I wish you all a great week end & HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDIE.

Nancy p,
The little monsters are my grandaughters. They have flowers for their aunt Andie.
Thank you very much, for the nice wish for my sister.

Olivia,
"(Over)react"
One day I went into a bank in Malibu, I didn`t have an account with. While the teller went to verify the funds, I wished a "Happy Mother`s Day" to the next teller over. She asked If I was the guy who was usually with a young girl around town (my daughter).
She asked me how I would be handleing the boys that would be hanging around when she was a little older. I told her not to worry, "I had a shotgun". The teller who had gone into the back, returned only to hear those words. She turned & fled. I warned the teller I was talking with, that other people would soon sound an alarm, & as she turned to see what I meant, she suddenly realized how it might have been perceived, & shouted to her, "He`s not robbing the bank". At this point, everybody in the bank now wondered if the bank was being robbed.
Everything got straightened out, in the end, but I was the only one that thought it was funny.
Thanks for the warning Olivia.

Nancy p,
Yes those girls are as funny as a bag of tickled monkeys, & also very sensitive. They are just wonderful.

Your kids are so cute, KH! And your bank story is hilarious - it sounds like a scene from a movie.

Happy natal day, Andie! We enjoy "borrowing" a bit of your bro from time to time, like the flowers and beasties.

andie de joyeux anniversaire!

and many happy wishes.

Head, your story sounds like an out take from w.c. fields, "The Bank Dick".

dada,
That`s one of the great movies. W.C. Fields, was a very interesting person,& a pretty good juggler also.
Not much of a "TV" watcher, I got caught up in a movie last night called "Inside Man". A strange bank robbery plan, that ultimately worked.

an additional thought....since your friend, the grower, has seen fit to grace the bank with an ever changing, and ongoing display of these beauties; perhaps he might have a chat with the manager, and inform him that "you" are his "personal photographer", and your work there should be allowed to continue without interference.

seems reasonable to me.

peace

Kidspeak,
The kids are a laugh a min.
I always tell them to go scare Teri, but loud enough so she`ll hear. When the sneak up on her, she`ll jump out from another spot, with a crazy mask on, & scare the bejeezus out of them. .

dada, I already had asked if it was cool to shoot the orchids. I have full permission to do so. She just got a promotion & is exercising a power she does not have over me. I`ll be shooting the next batch my friend displays there. No fear. I basically didn`t want to embarrass her in front of others. One of the employees of the bank, was over at my place a few weeks ago, finalizing a photo shoot I was doing for him. When I was there yesterday, a customer who was also involved in that photoshoot was introduced to me, by the bank employee & we discussed more work soon. That`s why it was strange to have a hireling decide to test her newfound authority.
